Conferences and
this business.
1st Conference
2nd Conference
Our conference experience was incredible. Serving along side other AC reps for the day of service indeed set the tone for the entire weekend. Laura and I came into the weekend with much hope and believed that we would receive confirmation and revelation for many areas of our lives. We were not disappointed! God used the millionaire mentors as well as our AC family to change our mindset and grow our vision.
What impressed us the most about all of the conference speakers was their humble spirit and willingness to be transparent about difficult trails that happened in their lives. To know that God takes our troubles and mistakes of the past then turns them in for His glory and purpose, if we are willing, was reiterated over and over again throughout the weekend. We were blessed to spend quality time with many of the AC reps and made many new friends as well. Being around like-minded Christians who have a big WHY for developing a successful business enterprise is a feeling hard to describe.
Because of the MMC Advantage, we were able to attend our second conference at 90% off and come to realize valuable ongoing mentoring. We have decided that we will not miss any of the future conferences (God willing). As Christian entrepreneurs we should continue to grow and renew our minds then take what we learn and put it into action. This conference has given us the tools to do just that. We believe in this unique educational experience and will continue to recommend it to everyone who is serious about implementing sustained change in their lives! We can see the big picture and are thankful for the leadership of AC.
Be Encouraged, Mike & Laura Melvin

| Hey brothers and sisters,
I just wanted to say that I thought the MMC was great! Thanks Tim. I ordered the DVDs. I will be learning from that weekend over and over again.
It was great to put faces to names of so many people I have talked with from AC. It is really funny, put this is proof of how BIG this has gotten and will only continue to get, I tried all weekend to greet members of my team, and I have nowhere near the size of team that Jack, Jim, and Don have, and I wasn't able to greet all of my team members. Sorry I didn't get to talk with you if you are those reps, but I think that is just amazing.
I am committed to bringing at least 50 people to the next conference, Tim. I don't know how God is going to top this one, but that is what I thought about the last one.
Thank you Jesus for leading me to this place at this time.

Thank you each and every soul, in body and spirit, at the Dallas MMC.
What a once in a lifetime thrill, to hold in our hands, and share in the moment, a piece of Noah's Ark. And to shake the hand of the servant God chose to retrieve it. Arch Bonnema said it best that "it's all about God and bringing overwhelming evidence about His existence to the world…to add final evidence before Christ returns… time is short…live every day to do His work…be strong and be brave."
The Mindset Mentoring Conference breathes a focus on Biblical values. It helped me shape my commitments, and validate my destiny to put God first in everything I do. "In the morning, O Lord, you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my request before you and wait in expectation." Psalm 5:3
By His Grace Through Faith Alone,

Just wanted to post a note on the impact the conference had on us as individuals and as a family. This was our second conference and it has not ceased to amaze us what we come away with. The speakers were of genuine Christian faith as only they could have been as evident by their testimonies and perseverance. The aspects of their lives, and their contributions were truly challenging and inspiring for us. The fellowship that we experienced could only have been orchestrated by the Lord. His hand was on the entire week, and the constant presence of the Holy Spirit was felt continually. Not to forget about the awesome privilege we had to hold a piece of the Ark! What an experience. We have been blessed beyond measure and are looking forward with anticipation for what the Lord will do next. Blessings,

It has taken several days to really absorb everything that occurred for me at the Fall 2006 MMC. As a matter of fact, it was difficult to even try to speak to my wife (who attended with me) about it until the day after the conference was over. The experience was so overwhelming and the Lord's presence so profound throughout our time together that each time I tried to tell her what I felt happened all I could do was start to weep again. Finally though, as the Lord continued to gently reveal to me what He had orchestrated, I now know that this has been one of the most impactive events of my life.
The overwhelming emotion felt in particular when our last Mentor, Arch Bonama, spoke helped me to understand that after years of the Lord's pruning away of the things in my life that weren't of His design, He
is ready to fill me up with the worthwhile things only He can provide. The examples of lives which were completely sold out for God provided by every one of our Mentors was as powerful as anything I have ever seen. When it came to Arch, I kept saying through my tears to God, "That is how I want to live my life!!" and I felt the Lord graciously saying to me that is what He has wanted all along.
I did not understand how much God has already orchestrated in my own life until He used this conference and others there to show me. I also know that I can and should live a life which is completely dedicated to Him and that the only way for that to truly happen at profound levels is to trust Him, even when the pruning gets intense. It has been this continuous reshaping of my life that has seemed to allow me to find the things that matter most. I am more excited than ever about the journey He has me on and not because I necessarily know exactly
where it is going but more because I understand why I am doing it and that He has equipped me more than ever before to take it. I am eagerly anticipating the new things He will bring into my life to fill those open places created by removing the stuff that had no value.
To God be the glory forever, Will Fuller

Dear Tim,
The Mindset Mentoring Conference was a series of “light bulb moments” for me as idea after idea was shared by our guest speakers.
I was blessed by the relaxed intensity each of them portrayed, and by the gestalt of their message … ”Mega Success is attainable when Christ is Chairman of the Board!”

I now have clear direction for pursuing “God’s dreams for me” again. This Mindset Mentoring Conference was truly a Godsend and is profoundly changing the life of our family. I got more out of this weekend than I could ever imagine. I know in my heart of hearts that God is downloading into me His plans that are much bigger than the ones I use to have. I have been inspired, encouraged and changed dynamically in the past few days by Tim, Jack, the many reps and especially by each of the six Christian millionaires. I realize now the reality of what God’s Word means by a” multitude of counselors”. You all have offered me hope. I am excited about the future.
I have new God-given dreams and goals and the victory mentality to make dramatic changes in my business and walk with God. I came in the spring and I realized for the first time that it was not God’s will for me to be just “successful” enough to pay the bills. My mindset of “us four and no more” (in my case, us 12 and no more) was not God’s. I learned about not setting limits on a limitless God. I knew how to create more business success, I just didn’t want to get out of my comfort zone and consider that God has more “amplified” plans for me. Because of this weekend, I am now ready to get off my cushy couch of Security and be in a whole new dimension that requires greater courage.
This year, I realized that I was so wrong and that I totally needed to change my way of thinking. So, I have changed my perspective and I am determined that this year I will enjoy truly profound rewards of greater freedom, fulfillment, and effectiveness. I will GO FOR IT! I will do everything I can to accomplish His goals which now have become mine. I can’t wait to see the future unfold now that I know the possibilities! I learned proven principles taught by extremely successful Christian entrepreneurs. I now know the surest and fastest way to success is to listen to Christian champions and learn the way they think. It really is that simple. I have learned the strategies, business practices, techniques and even more, how to truly trust God, from average Christians who trusted God for profound results. I saw their tears, I felt the emotion as they related how God brought them from a place of comfort and security, to a place that was not easy, yet held rewards of gigantic, history making proportions. In fact, I learned that it's difficult to fail, if you use the principle of thinking and trusting the way champions do. I choose to learn from the successes of others and do likewise; to learn from their failures as well and avoid them like the plague. Thank God that Tim Darnell was led to create an opportunity for all of us to meet face to face and heart to heart with godly champions.
“Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.”

This was my first MMC. I had decided in March that I was going. I didn't quite get there as an MMCIV but was an MMCII and I couldn't let that stop me. And what a blessing. Even if I had just been there for the Strategist meeting...that in itself was so awesome. What leaders we have in this company!!!! I was thoroughly blessed by the 3 millionaires I heard. Mike Sharpe encouraged me to be more confident in pursuing the Hidden Treasures. Keresa Richardson inspired me with her 10 companies...yes you heard that right, she has 10 companies! And she was so real with us. I wanted to spend so much more time with her picking her brain. My determination has quadrupled from this weekend. And I was so blessed to meet everyone from our company...to put a face with a name on the phone. I'll treasure this until the next one!!!
I want to thank Tim Darnell and his family for being so willing and loving to start this company and make is so great and full of integrity. Thank you, Jack & Stephanie Weinzierl, for opening your home and sharing your wealth with us to give us a glimpse and a hope and a dream to have a house like that or whatever it is that we think is out of our reach but we now see as attainable. I was so blessed to meet Will Fuller and his family, how precious they are to share him with us as we are learning this wonderful Hidden Treasures. And I got to spend time my enroller, Eric Standlee. All this just makes it more personal now when we talk and train. And to spend time with Judy Sterling before she comes to train me was such a blessing. I'm so looking forward to working with her when she gets here. This is truly a company of lovable and real people.
I didn't get to say goodbye or give any last hugs to all my new friends so here is a goodbye hug now. I was so caught up by the singing and worship on Sunday that when I looked at my watch near the end I realized I had missed my airport shuttle and only had 20 minutes til the last one to get me to the airport on time. Running late for a flight makes me a bit nervous so I had to leave when Don began to preach. Hopefully that will be posted to the RRC and I can hear it later. So I just love you all and am thrilled to be working with such wonderful and dynamic people.
Until March..... Claudia Givens |
I have a confession to make. I was not very excited about coming to Dallas for the conference. I had been letting f-e-a-r and d-o-u-b-t come into my thoughts (OK - overtake my thoughts!). But, I am so glad I was there!
I don't think I can come up with words to describe how awesome this weekend was. The information that was shared is priceless! It was real, relevant, practical, and truly impactful. This is a life changing event that everyone should experience.
I am proud to be an AC Rep!

Saturday morning arrived and the reps convene at the conference room each taking their place. It appeared that everyone was magnetized to the same table and chair location as they had been seated the previous day. And so it was. However, I must share it was my good pleasure to be seated to the left of Mike Napoli at the front table on the left side of the room.
A moment before the conference is ready to begin, Mike turns to me and flips over his name tag. It had a little ticket that said, "Admit One." I was totally clueless at this moment. I flip mine over and Mike has such a surprise look on his face. Where's your ticket? For a moment I thought I must be missing something important. I said what does it mean? He said, It's your meal ticket! I smiled and knew exactly what just happened. I whispered a message in Mike's ear. I know you are curious what I whispered in Mike's ear. Mike with a BIG smile on his face said, "I will buy your lunches today."
Remember when home office sent out an email to reserve your meal ticket(s). When we received this email, our AC business For A Greater Good Ministries, LLC made a decision to use the two meal ticket funds to help a greater good. You know the GOS. No, it isn't a lot of money but the magic of the moment is priceless. When we made this decision to use these funds for GOS, I said, "Lord if you want us to have lunch with the other Reps you will provide." And, let it go and did not think of it again.
As Philip Yancey says in his book, "How Amazing Is Grace?
Was this a magical moment or what? I was as surprised as Mike was at that moment!
Why did Mike Napoli flip his name tag to show me his Admit One? He didn't know why He did it. How many of you flipped your name tag and showed your lunch ticket to someone seated next to you? You would have no reason to do it. Would you? God knew which rep to use for His glory! Mike & I were destined to be seated next to each other. I still laugh and cry as I see the look on Mike's face sharing his "Admit One." In such a small way, God's glory SHINED in a big way.
Mike is a man of God and he shared blessings about his life that touched my heart deeply. Mike has had magical moments in his life. God is blessing him.
Was this a magical moment? Yes indeed.
And, so it is. God never fails us. His unfailing love is ever present. He wants us to know He cares.

| This weekend's MMC was a mountain top experience for Bell and I, as it is for all of you I'm sure. We were blessed beyond our wildest imaginations!
Starting with Thursday night's Strategist Meeting, Jack did an outstanding job presenting AC. The posture that he painted in his presentation should be the exact same one we should strive to have: Boldness and confidence in honoring our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in this business. Awesome job, Jack!
And then the MMC:
These words still ring loud in my ear:
* YAHWEH means, "I will be what I will be".
* Have a VISION: Norm seeing himself in a vision walking into a Battery Convention and people are whispering "That's Norm Miller!"
• Pray for everything: "If you're not praying for your business, you're not in the right place. He wants to be with us in our business."
• Conviction: "Winner starts with hope and finishes with courage."
• Focus: "Focus your mind just like a magnifying glass."
• Not stranger to hard work:
•
Nothing in life is easy. Most people don't want you to win."
• SUCCESS BREEDS SUCCESS: " I will not be around negative people. I will surround myself with people I wanted to become."
• Sense of Urgency
• Get through your fear
• Master the Intangibles
• Make people around you feel good about themselves.
• If it's not in writing, you don't have a plan.
• 5Ps: Prior Planning Prevents Poor Performance
• Boone Powell: "My father taught me to focus on quality of service.'
• How we live is much more important than what we say.
• Peggy Allen: "Do it! Don't wait!"
• Arch Bonnema: "God requires us to take risks."
• Let's learn how to give!"
I could not stop sobbing as I listen to Arch weep before us. I was broken and humbled by the fact that God would bless me to see the things He's doing to further His kingdom. I felt like Elisha's servant who was discouraged when he saw the enemies surrounded him, but Elisha prayed that God would open up his eyes, and He did. He saw that there were more of them than the enemies. God opened my eyes indeed to see that He is very much in control! Hallelujah!
He's using people like you and me with humble beginnings, but are sold out for Him and had proven themselves faithful to His calling. I wanted to be like these mentors. Bell and I both feel now more than ever that this is our place at this juncture of our lives. It is a calling and an obligation to build this business, not for personal gain, but to build God's kingdom. Our lives are forever changed! God blessed us with a mountain top experience indeed! Praise the LORD! To Him be glory, honor, and power, forever and ever, AMEN!
We love you all, Arnel and Bell Ngo |
This was my first conference to attend as an MMC REP and I was blessed beyond belief. It is a direct answer to prayer to find a company who truly is unashamed of the gospel of JESUS CHRIST as well as providing an avenue which allows believers to fund the gospel, finance godly dreams and ministries beyond what we can ask or think. I was blessed by Dr Darnell's reading of the Word in Hebrew with such passion and anointing which was conveyed through his voice even though I do not understand Hebrew(yet). I am just so overwhelmed and thankful to find a company that is such a perfect answer to all my prayers which will enable me to fulfill the destiny that God has called me to. I had been hesitant prior to the conference as much of what I heard and read was almost too good to be true but now I can verify without a doubt the integrity and validity of the company and leaders who have dared to obey God at all costs to provide an avenue for me(or anyone) to fulfill the call of GOD on my life.
PRAISE GOD and THANK YOU, Mr Darnell!

Mr. Arch Bonnema
Exec. Producer Bonnema is the owner of one of the most successful companies in the nation for asset protection and employee benefit trusts.
Mr. Bonnema has recently produced a Movie called The Genius Club and headed and expedition into Iran in search of Noah's Ark. A documentary of the expedition will be in theaters in the spring. We were able to see a sneak preview and actually hold a piece of what may very well prove to be Noah's Ark. An amazing experience.

Michael Sharpe
Michael never imagined himself becoming a successful businessman and leader of thousands, or becoming a fine book collector who would amass over 4,000 first edition books to create a personal library. But he was a big dreamer, inspired to do great things. He combined a firm work ethic, great people skills, a positive attitude and his love of God to build a huge organization with a subsidiary company of Citigroup.
Though heavily occupied with his businesses as a Senior Sales director, Mike and his wife have enjoyed supporting various charities, schools and ministries with time and money.

Norman E. Miller
Mr. Miller is Chairman of the Board of Interstate Battery System of America, Inc. which under his guidance has grown to become the number one replacement battery in North America.
1974 was a major turning point for both Miller and Interstate Batteries. It was the year he became a Christian and changed the way he approached business and his personal life. Throughout all these years and successes, Miller has maintained a commitment for spiritual development, as has the Interstate management team. Interstate encourages employees to develop fully as individuals, not just professionals. with the stress and pressures of the time it is important for people to have easy access to spiritual support, and the workplace is definitely included, they make God's love and help a priority in business.

Testimonials from Attendees at the Mindset Mentoring Conference |
Carol and I arrived home Monday night from Dallas. Being our 3rd conference, it has now become an anticipated event in our marriage. We both arrived at the conference feeling heavy but have both been renewed and lifted back up where God wants us to be. For me, the spiritual growth has been so needed and I know I will continue to grow in my walk. From the start of the Strategist meeting by Jack (wow so awesome), to Dr. Darnell and his love of the Bible (what a great way to start the sessions), to the speakers - it was like we were given a look at their innermost feelings - it was so exciting that they felt they were in a safe place so that they could share so openly, to the BBQ at Jack and Stephanie's (what an inspired event - all invited with no one left behind - so much better than groups going out to dinner with the possibility of someone being left alone) to the Sunday worship service. I'm so moved by music and wow was I moved!!!
I am so thankful to be part of this business. I have been paid back the entry fee over and over again - priceless.
Dr. John Hohner |
Hi Champions,
Wow!!!! What an awesome experience this weekend at the MMC. I am simply a different man than I was just two days ago. We are so blessed to have been included in God’s plan this weekend. I was reflecting on how the whole MMC came together and realized how divine this meeting really was. The caliber of the speakers was incredible. A year ago I would have never dreamed of having lunch with Norm Miller or touching a piece of Noah’s ark. These things are completely out of the natural. I am honored to be part of such a profound ministry and looking expectantly towards supernatural, immeasurable, unimaginable growth. I am 150% sold out for A/C. We have an obligation to get this information out to the world with conviction and sustained unwavering belief. I heard several of our millionaire mentors repeat and reinforce the teaching we receive from the Bible on a regular basis from the leaders within our organization. Below are a few quotes.
Norm Miller “I could visualize myself walking into the battery convention and people saying there’s Norm Miller” “I want urgency with a long term mentality” “If I have love, peace and Joy I will have it all” “I need to find out what God wants me to do” “Seek excellence, make a plan, pray about it and submit it to God” “ EAB Factor Ephesians 3:20.
Mike Sharp “A winner starts with hope and finishes with courage” “Make Everyone that comes around you feel good about themselves” “People get paid to do the hard things” “There is always a since of urgency in me” “Assumptive close you go there knowing they want what you have” “be yourself you can not be someone else”

We have been going non stop sinse the Gift of Service Wednesday. I cannot begin to communicate everything shared and learned. Our business is going to grow exponentially over the coming years as we just equipped another 130 champions. All I can say as I am beginning to gather all the nuggets received is WOW.
This was my 4th MMC conference and it was by far the most powerful and we probably had 130 in our worship service Sunday morning after the conference. I am not sure how we will top this one next Spring, but the Lord does. We had Messianic Rabbis/brothers and sisters in Christ there and probably dozens of denominations represented with such a sense of unity, it is hard to explain. This is such a powerful focus as it takes up where the church does not go in terms of long term mentoring, accountability and equipping Christian entrepreneurs. I EXPECTED and received something from every Millionaire Mentor and they mostly shared how they are using their wealth as influence to share the gospel throughout the world. Very powerful.
It is so exciting for me to see the army being raised up at Advantage Conferences. Soft hearts, maturing in our faith, with a resolve and commitment level, like nothing I have ever seen. Let us ALL lead by example from this day forward. Thank you Tim for your vision, passion, sensitivity, tough love, focus, perseverance, generosity and EXAMPLE.
Lastly, champion Don Goldstein shared a powerful recorded message in the worship service and the wisdom shared based on who God is, was just spot on! We love you Don and we EXPECT your complete healing in Jesus precious name. For folks that were moved by Don's words this morning, it was a call to action for ALL of us. Don't give the enemy an entry into your thoughts and expectations. Know whose you are and what He has promised each of us!
In Service, Jack M. Weinzierl

I remember thinking when I first looked last spring at the MMC options that it wouldn't make any sense to fly across the country to attend something for only half a day--not even one day. Boy, was I wrong! If all the conference had been was the first speaker, or any one of the speakers, it would most definitely been worth it. To start the day off with Dr. Darnell was also very
moving for me. I had never before heard anyone read scripture or the Lord's prayer in
Hebrew. His intense study and comprehension of the language was fascinating to me.
Although each speaker was unique and had different things to say, some common things throughout that spoke to me were:
1. Pray--not just pray, but expect an answer and then be still and listen for that answer.
2.Tithe--I really admired the committment especially of Arch Bonnema when even after his business suffered because of his increased tithe in time and money, he didn't waver. He knows that God owns it all and he stood fast in his promise to God.
3.Trust in God--no matter what.
4. Focus--After listening to what God wants me to do, be focused on that. Get rid of distractions. (children excluded)
5.Discipline--I think that being focused will help with the discipline.
There's much more, but those are the top five for me. Another story that really made me think was when one of the speakers credited spending time with and talking with his grandfather at the kitchen table was the thing that helped mold him into who he is today. Seems like a simple thing, but what a huge responsibility I have to my children and then my grandchildren.
Being able to hold a piece of Noah's ark--I can't even put that into words.
Thanks Tim, Jack and all of you! I am completely humbled to be a part of this family. Also, for those of you who gave me rides, you are an answer to my mother's prayers because even though I'm 44, she just couldn't see how I would ever find my way around.
God's blessings, Linda Pender
P.S. I can still hear Arch's voice say "Be strong and be brave" As an extra bonus from the Lord today, my devotional verse was Deut. 31:6 "Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you." |
The 2006 MMC was wonderful!!
Each speaker imparted a "wealth" of information! (I have many pages of notes!) I was so awed by the degree of Christian commitment, obedience and faithfulness of these men and women - living out their daily lives to be a blessing and as God's Word promises - each has been richly blessed in return.
While each speaker was wonderful, the highlights for me were ---- Dr. David Darnell's messages and the testimony of William Boyd Chisum. The training, mindset, and opportunity calls each week, confirm the Biblical foundation of Advantage Conferences. But the very fact that these men had been invited to share their wisdom and testimony of God's love and sustaining power, was an additional confirmation of Advantage Conference's foundation and purpose.
I so loved the testimony and songs of Mr. Chisum, that I purchased his CD and book. I encourage each of you to do the same in support of his ministry. You will be blessed beyond measure. From a very tragic event, he has fought through obstacles that would completely destroy most people. Rather than become bitter and helpless, he has allowed God to mold him into a living masterpiece of the sustaining love of God. His character, determination, faith, and loving spirit, mixed with a delightful sense of humor, should inspire each of us to allow ourselves to be molded by God, and to be all we can be for His Kingdom.
The fellowship was sweet and the whole conference was an unforgettable experience! "Thanks Tim, for your vision and creation of Advantage Conferences", seems totally inadequate.

This was my first MMC and before I came I had heard comments from more experienced reps like, “One thing you learn from one speaker can completely change your business and return the cost to you many times over,” and “This will be a life-changing weekend for you.”
Both of those were complete understatements! Yes, from our speakers I got a new vision that will completely change my business and my family’s financial future. And yes, it probably was the most life-changing weekend of my life! But there was so much more.
What was so profound to me about these multi-millionaires mentors was their truer joy in serving others, establishing excellence in all they do, and focus on ministry…than in all the riches, honor and prestige the world has to offer. They have that too, but it has not distracted them or been their satisfaction. It has only enhanced their ability to give and serve and have influence for God’s eternal purposes.
I think it was Mr. Bonnema who said “Earn all you can so you can fund ministry.” These guys who have literally been before kings and presidents just sat and shared their truest hearts with us, humble and grateful for the chance to serve their Lord.
Each speaker had so much to share, so many valuable insights and we were all taking notes like crazy. It was the combination of the business wisdom and experiences shared, integrated with the Christian faith and practice of our speakers, that is unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Anyone wanting to completely integrate their faith with their business needs to be here. There’s nothing else like it anywhere.
The heartfelt fellowship with other AC reps over the weekend, and sharing a few hours of worshipping the Lord together before we went our separate ways, was absolutely the sweet icing on the cake.

The whole week-end was AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME. This is definitely, one of the most memorable 4 days of my life. I met so many loving people of God. My head felt so clear, and I felt so happy, and I was with family. I can't wait to get in touch with everyone I've ever known, to let them know, what a wonderful opportunity this really is. I dedicated my business to The Lord, before I even got started, and I want to make Him proud.
I want to thank Tim Darnell, and Jack, and everyone that made this week-end possible. The speakers were so down to earth, and loving as well, and I learned a lot from them all. I can't wait until the next one, where I will have a large group, "my very own group". Special Blessings to all of you for this coming year, and beyond.
Love to all, Betty

Angie and I had a wonderful experience at the conference. I decided to share with you what God revealed to me through this experience. The day before the conference I experienced an attack from the enemy. I received a phone call from someone that only wanted to hurt me with attacks on Christianity, AC, and Tim Darnell. I will admit that I allowed a hint of D O U B T to enter my mind. I now know that Satan did not want me to experience fully what God had planned, but he failed.
Among many other things, God told me over and over that I was exactly where he wanted me to be, and that He was going to use me to bless others. But God reveled to me something special on the way home.
Most of you don’t know about the circumstances that led me eventually to Advantage Conferences. On November 12 of last year, The Lord welcomed my parents into His presence. They were involved in an accident and were both killed instantly. Not long after that I was committed to finding a way to honor my parents and carry on their legacy of loving God, and serving the Lord with all that they had. God led us to AC in June and I thought that this would be a great way honor God and my parents.
On our way home, Angie and I spent the hours planning, praying, and crying happy tears. During one of those cries, God answered a question I had since November 12, 2005. The question was "Why God? Why did you allow my parents to die?" The answer I received yesterday was, "This is why, Kurt. I have a plan for you."
I cannot express the Peace and Joy that filled my soul at that moment. There is nothing better than hearing the answer to that question.
To all of you that have a "WHY Lord" in their life, I can encourage you with this. God has the answer to your question, and it is the right answer. He truly does work all things together for our good. As Dr. Darnell said in one of the Bible studies, we see things as through a vapor, But God sees all things crystal clear.
My parents legacy will last for generations and bless the world. Praise God

It's hard to know what to even say after a conference like the MMC in Dallas last weekend. Being able to meet new people and spend time with old friends is always a great part of attending the MMC.
There is so much information that was gained from the conference that it will take some time to digest it and then some more time in prayer to determine exactly how to apply it. A few things that really stood outto us in this conference were:
1. The words of Boone Powell when he said that he picked his mentors instead of letting them pick him. We must seek out the people that we want to learn from and develop that relationship with them.
2. The effect that tithing and giving has on the lives of those who are faithful. Arch Bonnema talked about how he, his father and grandfather gave far over and above the 10% tithe and were blessed for their faithfulness. This is not to say that we should give expecting to receive, but to know that when we give with a right heart, we will be blessed many times over for that gift.
3. How do you even explain holding a piece of Noah's ark? It still hasn't sunk in. What a humbling experience to hold such an important part of our Christian heritage.
Thank you Tim, Laura, Rosalyn, and Jack for all that you do to make the MMC and Advantage Conferences such a great company. As each MMC comes and goes, we are equipped with more stories and experiences of what it really means to be a Christian entrepreneur.

Dear Team,
As I reflect over the MMC this past weekend, I think these words and phrases are worth remembering:
"Nothing is easy"
"Be consistent with whatever action you choose"
"Results are commensurate to your effort"
"Never quit"
"A sense of urgency"
"Intensity"
"Have great expectations"
"Focus, focus, focus"
"You must love what you do"
"Educate yourself"
"Wealth creation"
"Enlarge my borders"
"Sustainability"
"Legacy"
"Bold faith"
Be Blessed! Ed Cheng |
Blessings Team,
So many people have put it so well. I suggest that you print out or file the posts that resonate with you and refer to them often.
There was something at the conference for everyone. I can say that certain speakers and the things they said impacted me more than others. Not to take anything away from anybody, it's just that God meets us where we are and we are all in different places in our walk.
I was just going through my notes, trying to narrow it all down to just a few good nuggets. Suddenly, I realized that there were so many that, with comment, it could fill volumes. I'm putting the notes away. I'm going to tell you what I took away in my heart, not what I took away in my notepad.
I went to the conference alone. I didn't feel uncomfortable about that because I knew that I was among friends and believers. The speakers were amazing and the fellowship was so warm.
On Friday morning, Dr. Darnell said that the Hebrew word for sin means, "Missing the mark" and that God knows we've sinned, He just wants to hear us say it. (Say it and I'll forgive) Norm Miller said that he and other leaders would pray every morning over their battery business. Mike Sharpe said that he prayed and fasted for three days. Keresa Richardson said that she prays every day that God will bring in the right people and that the blessings will go both ways. She also prays that her husband will have discernment in
business.
Hmmmm… I'm starting to see a pattern here.
Saturday morning, Dr Darnell gave the best teaching I've ever heard on The Lord's Prayer. Coincidence? I think not!
What it boils down to is that I've been given my instructions to be in prayer and fasting. I have made a commitment to follow through. Already, the devil is trying to sabotage my efforts.
I thank God for you all. I consider it a privilege to serve alongside so many mighty men and women of God. May He bless each and every one of us to the glory of His kingdom.

Dear Team, I want to say ..We were blessed beyond compare.....the gathering of the Brotherhood was so spiritual, you could feel the strong presence of the Holy Spirit of Joy and protection...and it never went away. The mentorship was so heartfelt and educational and to know as Millionaires; their hearts were right with God and Mankind was so impressive. The LOVE and experiences of sharing were very encouraging! And the spiritual services were the Highlight of Praise to Our Father..It was an experience I never want to miss ever in the rest of my lifetime. This is a Ministry/Business that I will never give up on or leave! So I say "Thank God" for Advantage Conferences, and all the Servants that work hard to make Christ's Business a success! To finally put faces with names and verbal face to face conversations brought the closeness of Love and Relationships to this experience. And I made many friendships with Our Brothers & Sisters of different faiths..and to be united as one in the same line of thought, serving shoulder to shoulder for the Glory of Christ...was as I started out, a Blessing beyond compare...
Thank You Brother Darnell, for the Glory of this Business!

| I heard a speaker one time say that the best way to go through a minefield is to follow in the footsteps of a person that has passed before you.
I just attended my second Mindset Mentoring Conference and I would gladly follow in the footsteps of any of the millionaire mentors that blessed us with their insights, wisdom and even the land mines that they stepped on during their journey to success. I have been pouring over the notes that I took.. pages and pages. These highly successful individuals all have the same hours in the day that we do, they simply use them wisely, with purpose and committment. Every one credited their faith in God as the foundation and turning point in their success. Impactful insight into learning to think like a millionaire.
I am a fairly new Christian. Well I should clarify that I have been a Christian all my life, but didn't know what it truly meant before I became involved with Advantage Conferences. Just a little over a year ago, I thought I was just getting into another money making business. To my total surprise, it has impacted my life in so many more ways. The money has been amazing, don't get me wrong. Beyond that I have experienced amazing intellectual and spiritual growth. I now have a more abundant mentality rather than the scarcity mentality I had clung to all my life and didn't even realize it. God wants us to be wealthy. He wants us to be in a position to not only help ourselves and our families, but reach out and help others. Tim Darnell has put together an amazing business model where we can bless ourselves by being a blessing to others.
The Mindset Mentoring Conference is just a part of what we represent. If it were just that alone it would be well worth becoming a representative. The ongoing weekly mindset teleconference calls, mentoring, training, the privilege of plugging into a system that really does an amazing job presenting the business, and last but not least the fellowship with like minded Christian Entrepreneurs has been truly life-changing.
Blessed to be a blessing...

MMC4 Pro Rep Mentor |
The MMC this past weekend was simply staggering in power, love and fellowship. As many of us have already shared, there was so much amazing knowledge imparted to us by the millionaire mentors that it is difficult to isolate the statement that most impacted me. Out of so many great things spoken, the one thing that really stands out for me came from Arch, our final mentor of the conference:
“FEAR IS SIN” – Those three small words crystallize into a treasure waiting to be claimed and distributed among God’s children. Simple words coming from a man who left his family and an abundant, comfortable life to face a very real possibility of persecution (up to and including martyrdom), physical peril from a brutally harsh environment, potential attacks from roving packs of wolves, and many other dangers that we didn’t even hear about. The Lord tells us all throughout scripture, “Do not fear,” and “Do not be afraid.” He doesn’t say, “I would prefer that you not be afraid,” or “You really might want to consider trusting me instead of being afraid all the time.” He says, “Do not fear.” That sounds like a clear command from Almighty God to me. Amen?
Beyond everything else, I also noticed something I hadn’t expected at the MMC. After attending one prior MMC and faithfully attending our Thursday mindset calls (as well as many of our other wonderful training calls), I heard these messages with new ears and with a transformed (and still transforming) mind! My first MMC was absolutely life changing and inspirational, no d-o-u-b-t about it. But after bathing my mind in so much biblical, ongoing mentoring, I not only heard the words of our millionaire mentors, I understood their meaning on a much deeper and more significant level than ever before.
The conference is just the springboard of Christian mentoring here. As awesome as it truly is, it is the frequent, consistent, ongoing mentoring we gratefully receive at AC that changes our thoughts and focus to translate the wisdom heard at the conference into a plan of action – YOUR plan of action, MY plan of action, HIS action plan for His children, for His Glory.
Those of us who attended this conference were blessed beyond measure. Those of us who hear the wisdom and put it into practice bless the Kingdom and our loving Father Himself.
Yours in Christ, Scott Whited

| The MMC was INDESCRIBABLE! I could use the most eloquent words,
most passionate emotion, the most impacting gestures and hand motions,
and the best thought structure, but there would not be any way to
relay to someone what it was like to have been there. This MMC was
truly indescribable. (But I try anyway;>)-
I've never been in an environment where I felt such unity. I've never felt such a tight and unified bond of the Holy Spirit like I did this weekend. This weekend, changed my life. I knew it would. When I purchased my MMC ticket about 6 months ago, I knew my life was going to be changed. And it was.
The Millionaire Mentor Speakers were phenomenal! I received such an unprecedented paradigm shift in my thinking and the lens at which I view myself, my business, and my world all around me. I can't think of one thing in my life that I view the same way. It's almost as if I went to the surgeon and got a brain and eye transplant. It seems that drastic!
I am committed to be at every MMC, Lord willing, from here on out. I hear that they just keep getting more and more powerful. Which, is how the Lord works! Thank you Father for the MMC and Advantage Conferences!
I love you ALL! In Service and Success,

Wow, what an awesome experience! As I intently listened to each of the Mindset Mentoring Conference mentors I found these common threads.
1. Each mentor was given different talents, interests and came from different backgrounds, but each and every one of them identified the specific passion hidden in their heart.
2. Each mentor was committed to serving the Lord, through the serving of people, with a spirit of excellence.
3. Each mentor envisioned their future, put that vision on paper and developed a plan to attain it.
4. Through prayer, knowledge of The Word and the application of The Word, they pushed past and overcome fear, d-o-u-b-t, and ALL obstacles.
5. Through all their trials they maintained a thankful and joyful spirit.
6. They became very focused at accomplishing the next task at hand.
7. They exhibited strength with compassion.
8. They were Sold Out for what they were doing.
The most amazing aspect of the conference is that not only did I see these common threads in The Mindset Mentoring Conference mentors, but I witnessed it freely flowing from the corporate team, leadership and all the incredibly talented and giving, Advantage Conferences' representatives. It is extremely evident that not only the conferences but the combination of ongoing Christian training throughout the weeks, months, and years is raising up leaders, set apart to do great things.
I want to thank each and every one of my fellow reps, for sharing your time, talents, resources and testimonies with me. What a blessing!
I thank you, Tim Darnell for your Sustained Unwavering Belief and Leadership through Service. Most importantly, I will share one last vital key to any leaders' success. That key is, the spouse that stands behind them. Thank you Cathy, I am forever grateful. So teammates, if you desire to be a true leader, remember to love your spouse like Christ loved His Church.

Shalom Everyone,
This was our first conference. Racquel and I were blessed beyond our imagination. God has taken people from the north, east, south and west and made us one in Messiah. Yeshua (Jesus) says to "love one another, just as I have loved you" and then He calls the disciples, friends. Tim and Cathy, Jack and Stephanie and all the wonderful and beautiful people that we have met, we call you, friends. Thank you for exuding the love of the Lord!
Each speaker spoke precious pearls of wisdom. But most important, each one realized that their success came directly from God. God was glorified! Dr. Darnell spoke as a true servant with much wisdom and knowledge. Arch Bonnema spoke with a heart of love. We wept with him and we were joyful with him. How awesome to hold gopher wood from Noah's ark in our hands!
Another highlight for us was listening for a few minutes to the CD, "The Next Millionaires" by Paul Zane Pilzer. He spoke of the three areas in the next 10 years that will bring millionaire success to 10 million people: 1) Intellectual Distribution (which is education), 2) Internet Business and 3) Home-Based Business. That's Advantage Conferences! We're on the "cutting edge" of success and business wealth and it's our heart's desire to use it for the Kingdom of God!
Thanks again to everyone! Blessings! in Messiah!

The MMC event of last weekend was for me a life changing experience, even having travelled from far away Scotland it was an investment into my future. I stepped into my future and was so blessed not only by the guest speakers but in fellowshipping and connecting with an extremely mature group of believers whose purpose was so apparent to serve God and one another.
Dr Darnell brought the word of the Lord and shared priceless gems from Greek and Hebrew.
The individual millionaire speakers related their walk with the Lord, both the ups and the downs. The transforming and refining of a heavenly father who just wants to bless us, as we listen and walk with him.
Norm Miller discovered the secret of abundant life. A life filled with Love Joy and Peace.
Mike Sharpe who maintained focus on a single goal and didn't give up!
Keresa Richardson, the unlikely plumber who didn't work in her business but worked on her business and now has 10 companies.
Boone Powell who prayed the prayer of Jabez and found a life of significance
Peggie Allen, leaving an inheritance that can never fade or spoil.
Arch Bonema brought a part of Noah's Ark to the conference, which we all felt and touched.
I want to say many thanks for the opportunity to share in this blessing.
There is one particular point in particular that I would like to share and I trust that the Holy Spirit will bless the reader to the same measure he blessed me in giving the revelation. On Friday evening Jack was sharing on marketing and towards the end of his discourse he shared on the warm market and the need to be active in this area. In fact not to mince words it was a very forceful challenge not to ignore this area of our market, to the point that if you don't have this conviction, maybe you need to rethink what you're doing......
Prior to attending the conference my own thoughts in this area had been to build up some credibility first. In fact in my mind I was qualifying each person that I knew on their approachability based on "my opinion". Very flawed to say the least!
Jack's message had taken root. 4am the following morning the Holy Spirit started to expound the message and add a few more points.
He got me up and instructed me to read Ezekiel chapter 3 and he highlighted the point that Ezekiel was commissioned to speak forth a message that some accepted but many didn't. There were strong phrases expressed or inferred. Heads of brass, hardheartedness along with "if you don't tell the message their blood will be required at your hands". I was standing on Holy ground.
Holy Spirit went on to explain. When you became a Christian you were encouraged not be quiet but to share your faith, to be active in confessing Jesus to as many who will listen.
Not everyone accepted the message or were excited about my new found faith but the sharing underlined the change in me. It took me to a place of conviction and overcoming without realising it.
The Holy Spirit went on and explained there is no difference with the message we share, which to be honest really startled me because up to that point although I had sensed this was a God inspired opportunity, the revelation that it was so much more hadn't really hit home. The conclusion I was brought to. The warm market isn't so much a market although it is but it is people to whom the Lord wants to bless and
communicate his love, giving them a way of escape out of their circumstances.
My commission is to go and tell it! And this will start with my warm market and to whosoever the Lord will send me.
Be blessed and I look forward to the next MMC

It has taken several days to really absorb everything that occurred for me at the Fall 2006 MMC. As a matter of fact, it was difficult to even try to speak to my wife (who attended with me) about it until the day after the conference was over. The experience was so overwhelming and the Lord's presence so profound throughout our time together that each time I tried to tell her what I felt happened all I could do was start to weep again. Finally though, as the Lord continued to gently reveal to me what He had orchestrated, I now know that this has been one of the most impactive events of my life.
The overwhelming emotion felt in particular when our last Mentor, Arch Bonama, spoke helped me to understand that after years of the Lord's pruning away of the things in my life that weren't of His design, He is ready to fill me up with the worthwhile things only He can provide.
I am more excited than ever about the journey He has me on and not because I necessarily know exactly where it is going but more because I understand why I am doing it and that He has equipped me more than ever before to take it. I am eagerly anticipating the new things He will bring into my life to fill those open places created by removing the stuff that had no value.
To God be the glory forever.

I could take up many pages describing the breakthroughs I had in these two days – but I could not do them justice. You truly must experience this weekend for yourself. I urge anyone who wants to give abundantly and to become a source of blessing – please prayerfully consider giving even more of yourself to the Lord and to this business. God just might be waiting for you.
For His glory, Brad

I walked in not knowing quite what to expect, but with some very high expectations nonetheless (if for no other reason than the price of the conference). My MMC experience not only FAR SURPASSED any preconceived expectations I had going into it, it was without a doubt worth 100 times what I paid for it. I thought this was going to be a powerful business trip, but it turned out to be so much more. Each day started off with prayer and an impactful sermon by our Founder's father ... The Millionaire Mentors spoke from the heart and shared their wisdom as led by the Holy Spirit rather than a rehersed speech and because of their openess, I came away with a wheel barrel full of wisdom.
During the conference 7 specific prayer requests were distinctly answered -- Praise God! You see, I was praying specifically AND believing He would answer the prayer because I knew the desires of my heart were in alignment with His will & because He wanted to bless me. With each answered prayer, the Lord lovingly reminded me that He is my faithful deliverer and with Him ALL things are possible. The scripture verse "Ask and you will receive" has taken on a whole new meaning for me.
If I had to choose the most profound moment for me at the conference it was when Arch Bonnema let me hold the "Ark"tifact sample and proceeded to explain why he thought God was using him to prove the authenticity of the Bible. He thought God was using him because he was just a "nobody" and as evidenced in The Holy Bible, God has a habit of using "nobodys" to accomplish awesome things for His glory & honor. Wow!! Now, I'd hardly call Arch a nobody, but right then and there it "hit me" ... Like Arch, I'm a nobody who is somebody to God Almighty and therefore He has a mission for me to carry out for His glory & honor.
I left the MMC transformed into a new woman ... a passionate woman with a vision, on a mission ... with a wheel barrel full of wisdom. The icing on the cake was getting to meet and fellowship with the amazing family of AC reps. I eagerly await our next "family reunion" ... but I'm very thankful I'm not responsible for "topping" this MMC!
Thank you Tim, Laura, Rosalyn, Jack, Don, Michael and Sam ... for all you've done and all you do to make AC the amazing company it is.
To our multiplicative success & His glory!
Blessed beyond measure,
J. Elizabeth Mashburn |
It would not be easy to summarize the conference in a few paragraphs but there was one question that was brought to our attention that crystallized it for me. Can we say with Jesus "I have brought you glory on earth by completing the work you gave me to do" John 17:4. At the end of his life Jesus asserted that he had completed the work that his Father had given him. He did not do everything but Jesus did accomplish what He was asked to do. Jesus had his priorities in order, He not only did things in the right way, but he also did the right things. Jesus had focus. God wants us to be responsible with what opportunities He has given us. It is my prayer that I will multiply the talents he has given me, focus on the right things and do what is necessary to move forward not only in my business but in all circumstances of life.
Here are just some of the Key Nuggets that I had written down in my notes.
- Set your goal, focus and keep your priories.
- It is what is in your heart that is important
- Be faithful in your giving
- Our past can not hinder our future success!
- We can make a living by what we get but we make a life by what we give.
- Finish what you start
- Keep a great and positive attitude, Keep it simple with focus and urgency!
- Pray for abundance
- Take all you need for your living and give the rest to Kingdom work
- Be Honest! God knows!!
- When in doubt, serve Him!
- Surround yourself with people you want to be with.
- Cut out negativism
- Winners start with Hope and end with Courage.
- Keep total focus and stay focused for a long period
- Goals not written are not Goals
- You are either growing or you are dying
- Give your business 5 years
- Prior Planning Prevents Poor Performance
- Put Balance in Everything
Suffice it to say there were many more nuggets that one could share.
During the conference we were blessed by instruction from God's Word. Would it not be great if we could have a virtual Bible study group with Dr. Darnell once a week! The message on the Lord's prayer was awesome. What a simple prayer and yet how profound!
Be Blessed to be a Blessing

Since I have been a part of Advantage Conferences, I have been keenly aware that my thought processes and new ways of doing things are slowly changing for the better.
It has been my personal testimony that I have found it to be very difficult to change old habits and change many years of old thinking very quickly. My struggle has been and is continually difficult to change in these areas. I have never heard any one testify it would be easy.
It has been said, “If you want the same thing, just keep on doing what you are doing. If you want change, then you must change.”
I have a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, and post graduate work on a doctorate degree. In all of my years of formal and higher education, I NEVER had any courses pertaining to improving a person's thought processes, setting goals, self improvement, accountability, etc. If some of my previous higher education degrees had contained some of these areas and others, I know my mindset would be totally different today.
I am discovering it is never too late to begin the process of change and I find every one changes at different paces.
Thank you to all who have had a part in building Advantage Conferences into the solid Christian company it is today.
